001 _lile and squirmy deleted their LJs, and didn't appear on IJ *wails* How can you forget Lile's Gellert or Draco, so serene, or Squirmy's Lily? Her "Independence" gained another meaning after DH. Anyone knows if they are gone for good or maybe it's just temporary? *crosses fingers*

002 pushdragon is leaving fandom. *sigh* She has just posted the last part of her sequel to the Reliquary (Harry/Lucius), and she writes one of the most delicious and mouthwatering and heartwarming (or heartbreaking, depending on POV, I suppose) lovescenes so check it out. She's going to lock her journal entries, except for her fics.

Monday, work, one hour late.

"Um, I'm sorry-"

"Did you oversleep again?"

"Not exactly. I was at WFF in the evening yesterday, and I forgot to turn on my cell phone, and I woke up this morning and was just lying, waiting for the ring. I didn't want to get up too early, you understand."

Hell at work, but I had to go to my doc on Tuesday morning.

"Can I? I don't know how long it'll take me. You know, it works like this: I sit and wait until he has a few spare minutes."

"Will you show up at all?"

"Why, yes!"

"Go."

Luckily, I was back at 10. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to finish my work (deadline, Wednesday, 10 a.m. BUT I have tickets for the whole day tomorrow, first film starts at 9 a.m.).

"I need to take time off tomorrow, please."

"Did you finish your work?"

"No, but I will, I promise. I'll stay today till 6 p.m. and will go to work tomorrow morning, if need be." *twiddles thumbs*

"Is it something important?"

"Nooooot reeeeally. I'dliketogotothecinema."

"Is it that festival of yours, again?"

"Uhm."

"Oh-uh, go."

:DDDDDDD So I have to be at work at 7:00. I think I know what was wrong (I have to do some corrections) and I hope I'll manage to keep cool while doing it (I spent the last hour today correcting the wrong file *snerk*)

Harry's at Hogwarts and he takes over a block of unused rooms to make his own lab area that he uses to creat spells using arithmancy calculations (the spell to counter the killing curse is on a HUGE blackboard).

He also creates magical electricity (magitricity) that he uses to put light bulbs all over Hogwarts.

Hermione, Ron and - I think, Neville - use the area behind Harry's chalkboard as a bit of an art studio for sculpting clay, painting and sketching.

I gigglesnorted when I read this. I love AUs but there must be at least some likeness to canon. For example Lucius cannot be a frightened, shy sheep that twiddles his thumbs with bowed head when asked a direct question.

Harry's not a scholar, he's a lazy, not very bright kid who won't do anything unless he's at wandpoint. He doesn't even know how Arithmancy is spelled.

Do wizards really need 'magitricity'? Wireless works just fine without it.

Ron as an artist? He would Imperio some poor, unexpecting Muggle artist and then sign their works "Roonil Wazlib". Hermione? She would use Arithmancy to create perfect angles and mix colours. Strangly, I can see Neville as an artist.

I brought in a box with night-scented stock. It smells like crazy and there are only three flowers blooming. They are teeny-tiny, like forget-me-nots, but with only four petals. :)

TOKYO (AFP) - A Japanese man puzzled by food mysteriously disappearing from his refrigerator got a shock when he found out a woman had been living in his home for months without permission, police said Friday.
The 57-year-old man living alone -- or so he thought -- in the western city of Fukuoka installed a security camera and called the police when he saw images of someone walking around his home while he was out.
"We searched the house in the man's presence. We found the woman in the closet," said a local police spokesman.
The woman, named as 58-year-old Tatsuko Horikawa, was found in a flat storage space only just big enough for a person to squeeze into lying down.
She had sneaked a mattress and several plastic bottles into the cubby hole, police said, adding that the women had been arrested.
"She told police that she had nowhere to live," the spokesman said. "She seems to have lived there for about a year, but not all the time."
It is unclear how she managed to enter the home undetected. Police suspect she might have been closet-hopping, moving from house to house.

I had an idea for my new haircut. I wanted a very short bob with small modifications. My hairdresser made small modifications huge and I realised what she was doing when it was too late. Now it's almost pixie. Again.
